Dum Dar Noodles
Ingredients:
- Maggie Noodles 1 packet
- Oil / clarified butter 2 tbsp
- Onion (chopped) 2
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Tomatoes (chopped) 2
- Green chilies 2-3
Method:
- Take 2 chopped onions and fry it till golden brown. Add in 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and sauté it. Add in ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp red chili flakes and mix it. Take a bowl and mix in 1 cup yogurt and Maggie hamara taste maker mix. Now add this yogurt in the fried onion. Add in 3 cups of water and boil it. Add in Maggie hamara noodles and boil for 5-6 minutes. In the end add in 2-3 chopped green chilies in it. Serve hot.
