Zoya Winter 2017 Party Girls Collection Swatches and Reviews: Part I

*press samples*

Hi guys! So everyone has the flu. Well, I'm still going strong, but that's pretty much it. Is it going around near you? Tonight I'm finally going back to review the Winter 2017 Collection from Zoya. It's a 12-piece set with cremes, jellies, duochromes, and shimmers oh my! I love when there's a little bit of something for everyone. Remember when I said that I broke a nail and had to cut my nails down mid-collection? It was this one and half of the swatches will be with long nails, and the other half with nubs. Sorry! Hit that button below to see some pretty polishes.

 Zoya Blake (3 coats)

Up first we have Blake which is a deep blue jelly base with beautiful gold shimmer. It's so inky! You could probably get away with 2 coats, but the jelly base tends to show nail lines so I did 3. It doesn't stain your nails, but be careful getting any polish on your cuticles because it's difficult to remove.

Zoya Danielle (2 coats)

Danielle is a medium periwinkle blue creme. It's more blue than purple to my eye. I believe China Glaze has a periwinkle color similar, but I find Zoya polishes to apply better and be more consistent. I'll have several top picks in this collection, and this is one of them. I used 2 coats for the photos above, and it had a smooth formula.

Zoya Fallon (2 coats)

Fallon is a magenta pink with a pearl shimmer finish. I like the shimmer, but it does show some brushstrokes so make sure to use a light hand on the last coat. It's a little red, or a little pink depending on your lighting. It's a little darker in person due to the bright lights needed for photography. It only needed 2 coats for full opacity, but again...slight brushstrokes.

Zoya Isadora (2 coats)

If you love Zoya purples, you're going to love the Party Girls Collection. Isadora is one to get if you're looking for a rich purple shimmer. It's a deep plum base with blue and pink shimmer. I found the formula to be on the thinner side, but still needed just 2 coats for full coverage.

This collection is going to be a 3-parter so buckle up for more Zoya action this week. Zoya polishes retail for $10 and you can find out more about them on their websiteFacebookTwitter, or Instagram pages. Keep an eye out for them in your local Ulta store if you want to see the bottles in person before you buy.
