The Final Four of RuPaul's Drag Race brilliantly dramatic sixth season, Adore Delano, Bianca Del Rio, Courtney Act and Darienne Lake, brought the house down and stomped it out to the death in the music video premiere of queen RuPaul's latest single, "Sissy That Walk", featured on her recent highest charting Billboard 200 album, Born Naked.
While the contestants had to work through a fast-paced treadmill and high-blowing fan to serve a sickening lip sync performance to the new single, the only thing RuPaul had to do was look absolutely stunning in a tight-fitting black catsuit in scenes pulled from the season's official first trailer. As her past music videos have not been on par with the professionalism of some of the show's previous stars, no tea no shade, the "Glamazon" diva definitely stepped up her game for the fierce "Sissy That Walk".
Adore, Bianca, Courtney and Darienne all give commendable performances and look stunning in front of the camera, the Pit Crew give a tantalizing strip tease for their delicious close up, and RuPaul makes damn sure everybody kisses her flame in the new black-and-white visual.
"Unless they paying your bills, pay them bitches no mind," RuPaul bluntly sings on the catchy pop/dance song that has one hell of a chance at actually hitting the charts in the near future. The music video, released just last night as part of season six's Countdown to the Crown recap, is fun, attention-grabbing, a bit low budget and gets the job done, as did all the other music video challenges from the previous seasons. However, when compared to "Jealous of My Boogie", "Champion" and "The Beginning", the new "Sissy That Walk" comes out on top.
With the RuPaul's Drag Race finale fast approaching next Monday, let your voice be heard. Are you #TeamAdore, #TeamBianca or #TeamCourtney? Doesn't really matter who wins in my opinion, all have proved they are worthy of being crowned America's Next Drag Superstar hunty!
