RIHANNA'S NEW TAT

Ms. Rihanna has added another tatoo! I'm gonna assume she got it when she and boyfriend Matt Kemp went to a tatoo parlour in Manhattan earlier this week. Although she denied at the time that she got a new one. The new tat says 'rebelle fleur' and means 'rebel flower' in French. HMMM???what's a rebel flower? Anywho, I love neck tatoos, would get one myself if I would not be subsequently thrown out of my home. My only problem is it now makes her neck look a little crowded with all the stars... What do you guys think?
